Our philosophy
Our chef’s professional path in cooking began at the age of 19 in Italy, where he received his education in Bologna and practiced in prestigious hotels and restaurants in Riccione and Rimini, working as a chef. It was there that his professional philosophy was formed - technical precision, discipline, respect for traditions and the highest quality standards. After returning to Georgia, he founded the restaurant “Piano” and today, as a brand chef, continues to develop authentic Italian culinary culture in a modern format.
